I own a recently released Gibson melody maker with the wraparound, and as I'm sure you know, intonation adjustments are near impossible for the technical leyman like myself. Can anyone give me suggestions on different bridge/saddle/tailpiece options and what works well?

Just be aware with that tailpiece, I have one and the strings come very close to those big holes for the adjustment screws on the saddles, the strings sometimes slip down into them. I think there are better options out there. There is a newer version of the Wilkinson TP (the one shown is an older version) that comes in aluminum or zinc (that one is zinc), that has adjustment for the B & G strings and is a better option. There are also intonated models from Gotoh (distributed by Allparts), Faber, TonePros, Gibson and others to consider.
