Lost 25lbs this year. Been running 25 miles a week though now that it's snowing a lot I have to cut back. Plus, holiday cookies does nothing for my figure. ;)

Jack, your demo's are always killer. I'm hearing a little too much reverb on the clips for my taste. I know it helps give the tone some space, but it covers up the detailed tones. I hear too much pickup hum in the clip. I assume the pickups are vintage style and therefore hum like originals.Does Xotic offer Noiseless singles? It would be hard for me to gig that guitar the way it's set up.

The set of raw-vintage pickups in this guitar don't have a reverse wound middle. You can order it with that if you want. I would have ordered that if I had spec'd out this guitar. I'm pretty sure you can order with whatever pickups you want. Sorry about the reverb.

Jack - as always, great job on your demo! Just wondering: what amp did you use for this? Also, how's the build quality on these? Are the frets nice
and smooth, and crowned really well?

I also see that you look thinner - good job on the running.

I went back and compared this clip to the RF 60s/K-line clips and found this clip to be rather dull and lifeless...maybe other factors figured into the final outcome eg. different amp...levels etc. but this really didn't float my boat...when the gain pedals were on the noise levels were a bit distracting...

The RF/K-line clips were outstanding and more of what I want to hear from a strat...

what was the signal chain here?
