I took delivery of this Classic T today. I want to take a few days to acquaint myself with it before posting my impressions regarding tone and playability, but I'm always happy to post pictures. :AOK My first thought upon handling the guitar was that it's cosmetically perfect. Extremely well made, almost surgical in nature if that makes any sense. Cosmetically speaking, I do think I'll change out the pick guard for a 3 ply. That's all for now.

Beautiful -- simplicity and class. Enjoy! Looking forward to the tone report, too.

Wow, what a beauty. Very understated. I need to try s Suhr Tele. Was it a custom order or did you buy it used?

I bought it slightly used. Although it looks brand new to me. I'm one of those guys that has problems passing up a bargain and I don't like paying full price for anything.

    We need specs!

I ordered my last Classic T with body contours and I love it, very comfy.

FWIW I like the white guard. Maybe it will grow on you.

    Congrats and enjoy.

Have to say... I don't normally like the front arm contour on a Tele. But that one looks really cool! Maybe it's the combination of the color, along with the plain white guard... looks really cool with the contour. FWIW, I really like the looks of that plain white pick guard on it. Don't see many like that. Great T you got there! :AOK

I love it. For me, I would keep the single ply guard.

Surgical in its precision and, I bet, in the way it cuts through the mix. Can't wait for specs and a tone report.

The pups are outstanding. The entire guitar sounds very articulate and precise. Every nuance of my playing is amplified, both the good and the bad. This Suhr will certainly be my task master and hold me to a higher level of playing. I've heard some folks say that some guitars play themselves, well that's not the case here, but it will make me a better player in the end.

Here are the specs for anyone that's interested.
