I searched and didn't see a similar thread. I am sure this has been done before, but I thought it would be fun...I'll start. Can be Gear Page related or just guitar/pedal related.

...when your wife wants you to complete some expensive home improvement project and all you can think of is how many pedals or guitars that would equal.

"New wood floors....man that could totally be a new Nash tele and a DMMT instead..."

When crooked pictures don't bother your OCD, but errant wires on your pedalboard/in your rack drive you insane.

You just read OCD and your first thought was "which version?"

You check TGP before you check your email.

You're on TGP when you should be working.

When TGP is your most visited website by far on the Google Chrome new tab page...even more than Facebook or Gmail.

    - You don't play Praise and/or Worship (or even go to church for that matter) and yet you are intimately familiar with the go-to pedals of the genre

    - You have a large collection of USPS Priority 'Mailing Box' sized boxes in your attic

    - You're having a conversation about a tasty Big Muff and someone overhears and is shocked.... and it takes you a minute to figure out why

    - You can wire up a Lava patch cable in 20 seconds or less

    - You go on and on about the benefits of analog pedals as you listen to music recorded with Pro Tools on your iPod

    I could go on...

Good to know my insanity is entertaining

    :rotflmao

    - You've turned down sex because a vintage pedal you want on ebay is entering the final minutes / sniping stage and you really need to babysit the auction

    - You have a huge pile of nine volt batteries in your jam room because you take them out of new pedals before wiring them up

    - You've gone through multiple rolls of black electrical tape when covering the unused battery plug in pedals so it won't short out

    - You buy a new tv and immediately lose the manual and throw away the box and yet you still have the TS9 box and manual from when you bought it new 12 years ago tucked away

When your girlfriend buys you a Whiteface Rat Reissue for Christmas.

When you go to the hardware store, all you can think about is improving the functionality of your pedalboard.

Instead of seeing clients at lunch, you go home with today's new pedal that was delivered to the office.

Your Mom says, "when did you get another 4x12?"

When at the sight of you holding a small USPS box, even your most casual of friends say "Another one?"

When you perform Guthrie-style folk music, but you're still known as the "Pedal Guy" around town.

When you walk by a home deco store that's going out of business and think that walnut cutting board in the window is PERFECT for a small-size travel board.

    All. True. :bonk

When seeing the words "on vehicle for delivery" makes you feel like a child with pre-Christmas anticipation and glee.
