4 knob, probably the DOD Looking Glass. More than four knobs? At the moment the JHS PG-14 is doing it for me. I would say the D&M, which is my favourite OD, but I class it as two pedals really.

The Caline Pure Sky, only ~$30. There's some debate about whether it's a Timmy clone, my guess is that it's not, because the controls are different in various respects, but it fits the description of a Timmy tone-wise. It's a super clear boost / overdrive that I leave on all the time. I've bought four of them since they first appeared. It's a great utility pedal, it makes clean amps dirty, it makes dirty amps dirtier. It does the guitar-volume-clean-up thing exceptionally well. I'm not lying when I say I own about fifty different dirt pedals and the Caline Pure Sky is the only staple pedal that never leaves my board.

Think the only OD I have with more than 3 knobs is the Mad Professor Royal Blue Overdrive. Other than it being misnamed (it's purple, not royal blue, whereas the Deep Blue Delay is royal blue), me likey.

Tell me more. Are we talking a rat with treble and bass controls? What are the options?

AMP11 or variant (AMP808, JMP11)... and you get a bonus boost to boot!

Amp 11 (big box) is my only four knob OD... well, mainly because of the CoT boost that adds so much. :aok

FWIW... both my three knob ODs have a toggle for tweaking an EQ element (fat/phat) that works well with the tone control.

I also have an amazing single knob OD too! (Amp 50)

While the knobs are label 'drive' and 'voice', they do the same thing. An exact Zendrive clone for those super smooth OD sounds, and it happens to have the coolest looking LED accents for $50 total.

I like that fuzzy, old fashioned OD sound, a little on the warm side, because I play teles. The mini is the most versatile—bias knob can really change the character of the breakup.

Gosh, I'll go with Catalinbread SFT, I guess. Lots of sounds, all great, easy to dial and reacts like an amp.

A friend of mine compared a real Zendrive to the Taichi. What happened was he bought a used Zendrive, I bought a new Taichi, and it was a friendly competition to see whose sounded better. The Taichi has more head room and more presence. Highly recommended. The LED light show these new Joyo pedals produce is killer, too. The enclosure is very durable.
