Followed by this little gem of a cover;
Hard to choose, but this one nails the early attitude for me
Young Guns II Blaze of Glory. Ritchie was on fire that day.
Uh...wasn't that Mr.Beck on guitar?
Oh. Never mind
Civil War. It's a deep song with great rhythm and lead parts.
Out ta get me. Swagger swing riff attitude. Take that one to heart!
Estranged - Probably the emotional peak for the band. Excellent Slash solos - I love that first one where in the ridiculous video he is gliding down Sunset Strip.
Night Train - The arrangement of this song, particularly the solo section (amazing solos from a couple of early 20 year olds), is excellent.
Beat me to it..
Anything Goes....so greasy, so dirty. Followed by Coma, there's so much zaniness going on in that one.
I like the really agressive Axl performances. You're crazy, Michelle, it's so easy...you could be mine.
"I'm a cold heartbreaker fit to burn, and I'll rip your heart in two..."
How badass as is that!?
I remember being so pumped, that being the only song we'd hear for a couple of months. So brutal. I didn't know the albums would turn out to be so...Elton.
