I’m always hearing about how many semi hollow fans there are around here on this part of the forum. Just wondering how many of you actually currently own one and are willing to show it off here?

My C.P. Thornton Improv ended my search for a boutique semi-hollowbody guitar. I was so impressed with the aesthetics, design innovations, build quality, tone, ergonomics and playability of this guitar that I quickly followed up my Improv purchase with a C.P. Thorton Legend. Both of these instruments are incredible guitars, and are a joy to play.

Same here! I have played Thorn, Gustavsson, Moffa, Marchione, Sadwosky, McCurdy, Victor Baker and Artinger, as well as vintage Gibson, but never found anything I like more than my I-35lc.

The fingerstyle spacing just kills for me. Can't get enough of it. Beautiful woody air without getting too dry or unspecific.

    Hard to believe but until I thought about responding to this thread I didn’t realize I have 3 semi hollow guitars. A 2014 Gustavsson ‘58 Dotmaster, a 2017 PRS Super Eagle 2 and a 2014 Yaron/McKay 1959 ES-335 TD.

All very different, all magnificent instruments but the one I connect with the most is the Yaron. It is probably the best guitar I have ever played. Definitely my favorite but it’s an embarrassment of riches no matter how I slice it.

Hard to pick between my Collings I35 LC and I30, but if I could only keep one, it would probably be the I35 LC.

The MotorAve Belaire in my Avatar was another great one, but its been sold. If my old shoulders could handle the weight, It wouldn't have gone anywhere.

I know that I sound like a broken record, but I’m all in on the MotorAve BelAire. I’d own 10 of them if I could.

    This one is my favorite...today.
