I topwrap 11s generally, unless there is a tonepros bridge and I can set the break angle shallow enough..

Just curious how many people used 10s or 11s and how many topwrap or not with their Lesters....

Normal and either 10's or 11's are fine... the top wrap gave me problems with my strings popping out of the saddles. And that was with the tail cranked down....

10's and normal on two of them and "custom light" 9-46's normal on another.

    I use .011's and don't top wrap.

I just switched to 10-46 on my LP, and also switched to the top wrap.

10's and normal through the tail. I tried 11's but it felt and sounded weird to me.

    No love for 9s?

    10-46, normal string-through-tail.

Was using 9s up until a month ago.

Depends on the LP and what I use it for.
    My Murphy R9 is top-wrapped with .10's
for a slightly darker tone and a bit of a
looser feel. My (new) R8 has .10's with a
normal set-up. The addition of an RS kit
    and Wolfetone Marshallheads makes this
one extremely versatile. I also have a LP
Custom with a maple top and WCR Iron-
man PUPs. I keep this one with .11's and
strung normal. I sometimes down-tune this
guitar. All 3 sound amazing and different.

10s on my LP. It's a wrap bridge though, so I suppose you can put me in the top wrap group, although it's normal for this guitar :D
