yes it does have a lot of volume, but its suppose to, i mean come on its +24dB, thats just about 2 and a half times as loud. but what other boost pedal do you know of that doesn't alter your tone at all!

Cool, I have mine a little different in that respect with the tone tone all the way up (cutting bass the most) and the pot pushed in depending on what I want to do.

It was said to be called Lapis Lazuli on another forum, and I'm pretty sure thats it. My dad brought it back from overseas when he was on his term.

Its actually a tone thing- I found it shaves a hair of high-end off.

Here's my studio pedal board with everything on it. I never take everything on a gig - just a subset, depending on the requirements. I just got the TimeFactor and Kingsley Jester - both killer!!!

It's part of a wet/dry/wet setup. The full amp signal (after the power section) comes into the ISP Decimator > Boss CE-20 >> TimeFactor >> Verbzilla >> Carvin DCM150 power amp in a rack under my amp.

    The other chain is Guitar > V-Stack Bernie > V-Stack Tweedy > Siegmund Missing Link > StroboStomp > GS Red > Jester > Maxon CP9 Pro+ > Guyatone SV-2 > Loooper ABY >> Amp

i like it. it's got a wide range of usable tones in it.
i do need to rock with my band a bit more to dial it in.

it can get loud and has a good amount of treble on tap.
