I may get one next week. What to expect?
I've had 3...expect extreme coloration and best results into a clean amp platform...nice feeling pedal but I never bonded with it probably because my amp just doesn't do pristine cleans...
Chow,
Seegs
i have one as well. it is a pretty dark sounding prdal that almost could be called distortion. I does real well with squeaky clean amps, and at low volumes where you can't crank it up...They are Waaaayyy overpriced ! I could think of many otheres that cost less and offer more !

it's a VERY cool pedal......and i too thought it was interesting that it is actually a FUZZ, not an overdrive.
you have to try it with your rig and guitar to see if you "bond" with it.....![]()
Thanks Bobby. It's a fuzz-kind circuit but does it sounds like a fuzz?
no...it SOUNDS like an overdrive for sure.....but has a bit of a fuzzy edge to it.
it's a pretty unique pedal, and is indeed a bit "finicky" at times.
i had the chance to have one for a few weeks, and spent some time with it. i liked it a LOT......but did not end up buying it. still kinda regret not buying that one.
He stopped making the BBOD because of NOS parts availability.Looks like a not very popular pedal, probably why Björn stop to make it years ago.
