This Youtube clip has been reeling us in many gigs ..
Thought it would be a kick to share it with you & see what ya think ...

It's fun in it's own way as it goes through bits & pieces of different tunes ...
Includes audience reactions, dancing & all ....

Joseph And I'm glad you did !!

I love groove based playing - this is manna from heaven to me. and a perfect nights gig.

Bet it goes down a storm. wicked guitarin', ...but hey, why would it be anything else but the absolute best from you.

Wah was gorgeous, Rythmn stella, solo's top dollar.........

and PS "I liked the way you moved"

    Thanks my man...

We actually play the Earth, Wind & Fire version of that tune ...
Instead of keeping an C pedal going during the chorus
(or the whole song as it was originally done),

We play a minor 1, 4, 2, 5 which works very well with the Chorus melody ...
Seems to help the song to move a little better,
    when gigging it live ...

A little jazzy spice added when playing covers
always makes them so much more fun to play ...

That tune actually has a really long title:

    Give up the Funk
(Tear the Roof off the Sucker)

Man, I was really trippin for a bit- I had accidentally clicked the link twice and one of the windows was playing a couple seconds off from the other. I was hearing some polyrhythmic stuff WAY over my head!
Now, that I'm actually hearing it correctly and not twice over, this is killing! I gots to get out that way and hear it live. I totally dig what you guys are doing, and obviously the crowd did too. Great stage presence also.

Any video that starts off with a window shot of a place called "Sly McFly's" is going to bring it! Nice!
