Just wanted to let everyone here know,
that I have ordered a Zendrive on September 16.
and received the email that it is ready for shipment on September 17.

Just a heads up for all of you maybe willing to pay
higher prices because of heavy demand :)

So Alf is finally caught up. That's awesome! What's it been, like 2 or 3 years he was behind on the list? I remember in the early days a Zen was $145 new and used ones were $120, and you could get one from Alf in about a week. It's a great pedal, regardless of all the price stuff!

hmm ... I ordered on August 17th and got emailed on September 18th (Sydney time ... would have been 17th in the US). No big deal ... I guess Alf is doing batches.

Wow that's fast! I waited 15 months to get mine at the height of the Zendrive hysteria.

That's good to hear. I waited 13 months for mine last year. I guess the days of $300. Zen's are coming to a end.

plenty of guys here in the UK are asking £195 for their ZENDRIVES on ebay...saying "these pedals can take up to a year, blah blah"...there are not many takers though, folk are catching on, plus they are skint.
i emailed the last guy through ebay and told him i thought he was misleading the public (probably a teenager with a paper round) he emailed back saying i was a "jumped up meddling busybody and i should shut up."so i did.

i was on the wait list for about 6 months and my name came up (this has been at least three months ago) and I declined as I figured what I had was working for me great. He replied and said it was waiting for me if I changed my mind, no need to wait b/c he was caught up

Alf got back to me in a couple of days regarding my Zendrive order/e-mail, (which I now have), and in about a week regarding my Zendrive 2 order/e-mail. (paid for, awaiting shipment)

It's great to be able to get such outstanding pedals in a timely manner these days. ALL of the pedals in my signature were purchased new over the past two months. Something that was pretty much impossible last year. Sure makes it easy to do side by side comparisons and find the one that works best for you and your gear.

Very cool time to be a "D" style pedal junkie. :AOK

    :)
