Zoom customer support=awesome

    Ok, so the sequal disc that came with my g3 didn't work. :(

    I called zoom's customer support and talked over the phone with one of their workers. He said he didn't have any extra copies of sequal but he did have some copies of sonar. I said "sure.". No charge. Should have it in a few days. :).

    they never returned an email or a phone call for my little broken G3..:(

    Really? I emailed them and they got back to me within a day? Which email did you send to?

    Hmm, the one time I needed tech support for my RP355 (the expression pedal was starting to flop) I called DigiTech and got a tech on the phone in about 30 seconds and had the problem worked out instantly.

    I don't know, their support is pretty good too although the guy I got on the phone seemed grumpy.
