Zoom G3Xn Not Recognized By Windows 10 - Suggestions?

Since updating my PCs from Win 7 to Win 10, my Zoom G3Xn no longer is recognized by my PCs. I've tried multiple PCs, USB ports and USB cables but no joy. It does not show up in Device Manager. All my other USB devices work fine. The unit is running firmware 2.20 and works fine but I want to use Guitar Lab and play with some patches. Anyone else run into problems with Windows 10 or have suggestions? I did send a note to Zoom but their support is only open on weekdays.

Hi, I see you never got a response to this, just picked up one of those last week and had the same issue.

But i did stumble on a thread, and Arthur Gorniack's response fixed it for me.
