Travers is a drum MONSTER- i was just watching the Mike Keneally "Bakin' @ The Potato" DVD earlier, and Joe kills on that recording.
He also has a "dream job" serving as vaultmeister for the Zappas...

No doubt! Have you see the Classic Albums DVD of FZ's Overnite Sensation/Apostrophe'? Joe does a mini tour of the vault and it's awe inspiring for any Zappa fan. And yeah, Joe kills it on the Keneally stuff.

It's evident that Travers is also a guitar player, as he perfectly knows how the solo of Big Trouble is played !

Haven't seen it :mad:
But i remember a bio on Frank on A&E many years ago where they had some footage from inside the vault- incredible how much FZ was able to get documented, and saved.

You should check the DVD out if you get the chance. It's got some really cool stuff on it. Not to mention the Vault Tour. Best $11 I ever spent.
