is the battery usage relatively similar to the other Zvex pedals? I know you can use a battery in his other stuff and it'll last forever

    well...
I put a brand new duracell into my lflj about 3-4 weeks ago, and I've had it "plugged" in non-stop (didn't take out the input cable from the jack) and it just started to die yesterday... making weird modulated sounds w/out the mod being set on. It lasts a long time.

If, like me, you mostly play alone, and are looking for an analog friend that can play vintagy sounding loops and make your "direct" guitar playing sound BETTER (dont ask me how), it's more than that much great, its priceless.

edit : i tried digital loopers, IMHO they sound crap, because the loop doesnt melt well with your direct guitar, its the same sound, whereas the LFLJ's loop does not sound the same as your direct guitar, and its the beauty and trick of it.

Direct guitar with Fuzz Factory over a LFLJ clean loop : god

but LFLJ doesnt record well dirty loops, because its already compressed

yeah, i must admit that i want one, but if you are like me, and just a student in High School, there is no way i would be able to afford one, unless someone gifted to me! My RC-2 has improved me as a player as well. I'll probably own a LFLJ.. one day

If it had 30 seconds instead of 20 for loop time, I'd probably buy one.

^^hmm.. but see usual music is in beats of 4 (IMO)
so 30 seconds wouldn't be ideal. 32 would be better i guess.
