1. The Gear Page is run by musicians for musicians. We listen, we learn and if we misstep we are not afraid to do the right thing. We proposed some changes to the Emporiums. Based on feedback from members, we have decided to not go ahead with those changes. However, it has also highlighted that we need some community input into what is working and what is not working for members here. Primarily focused on the Emporiums, we'd like input on your thoughts about TGP and how things work in the Emporiums for you and how you'd improve them. The discussion thread on the is here!

"okay, here's a rough version of two videos, absolutely huge (24 megs each), and you have to (on mac) control-click them and select download to drive in order to see them. good luck! "

I watched one of the videos and was really impressed with the idea. It is probably the first ring modulator I've heard that I would find useful for more than just interesting sound effects.

I agree. Fabulous engineering, wonderful design, no sounds in it that I care for. :p

God, that thing is bloody brilliant. I especially love the arpeggio at the beginning of the Demo video.

Now how do I avoid buying one?!?!? "I mean, it costs a small fortune, right?"

And I just wrote a new song the other day that the Ringtone would sound *perfect* on...

I think I'll even run it through a Johnny Octave!

And the new LED and paint job for the SHO!!!

AND the Tremorama that I asked Z. for over a year ago!!!!

I can't take it. My daughter isn't going to college because of Zachary Vex. :D

Psychotically amazing ring mod. I wish he has done the random mode after spending so much time tuning the chords in on the "setup" video. Man, I hope that doesn't cost TOO much. What can I sell? Hmmm

I love Zvex stuff but this pedal is certainly not for me....way too much knob twiddling instead of actual playing. I prefer to play the guitar into pedals not play the pedals with my guitar.

Most certainly; I was merely stating my preference.

Can't wait to get my hands on this badboy... ideas for industrial/modern/avante garde stuff are running rampant through my head... even stuff for modern pop interludes... SO MUCH FUN!!! It's like a Chorus pedal gone wrong when you mix some clean signal in!

The bad news is that it will be his most expensive effect ever. I thought the Loop Junky was overpriced, so I don't think I'll get to own the Ringtone. But Tap Tempo for an additional price... so tempting!

I think I read something along the lines of $350 over at Harmony-central.
